Aerial cinema
Drone-led visuals for places that need to feel real: coastline, jungle, villas, resorts, routes, and the atmosphere between them.
Sean Strecker / @strex
I’m an Australian creator based in Bali, building STREX around the parts of the work that actually help other creators: field-tested colour, honest creator notes, and the systems behind consistent travel content.
The Backstory
I first came to Bali in 2001. Since then, the island has been a constant thread: cliffs, reefs, rice terraces, jungle roads, hotel rooftops, quiet villages, early starts, and the tiny windows of light that make the shot.
Since 2023, Bali has been home full-time. My professional work sits between aerial cinematography, photography, creator storytelling, and commercial content for travel, villas, resorts, and destination brands.
STREX is the product side of that life. The presets are not generic colour packs with tropical names added later; they come from years of editing real Bali files. The blog is where the field notes, creator lessons, and practical experience can finally live properly. The creator tools are shaped by the messy bit behind the post: planning, timing, publishing, and keeping a style consistent.
Drone-led visuals for places that need to feel real: coastline, jungle, villas, resorts, routes, and the atmosphere between them.
Lightroom presets made from Bali light — blue water, humid greens, harsh midday sun, golden haze, and the files creators actually bring home.
Practical tools and notes for creators who want better output without turning their voice into generic AI sludge.
What STREX is becoming
Presets, essays, and deeper creator workflows for people building travel, drone, and destination content with more taste and less guesswork.
