Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using strex.me and buying STREX digital products.
About these terms
These Terms of Service apply when you visit strex.me, read STREX content, join the email list, or buy digital products linked from the site. STREX is the creator platform of Sean Strecker, an Australian creator based in Bali.
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, its checkout providers, or other visitors.
Digital products and purchases
STREX sells digital products including Lightroom preset packs and creator workflow tools. Product pages describe what is included, the intended use, and any compatibility notes.
Checkout, payment, tax calculation, receipts, download delivery, and some customer-service functions may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider linked from the website. Their checkout terms and privacy notices also apply to the payment process.
Licence to use STREX products
When you buy a STREX digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own creative or business work.
- You may use presets and tools on your own photos, videos, content, client work, and internal workflows.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, repackage, or claim STREX files, prompts, templates, presets, copy, or product materials as your own.
- You may not use STREX products to create a competing product pack, prompt system, template library, or resale bundle.
Refunds and access issues
All sales are final. No refunds due to the digital nature of my products.
If a download link fails, a duplicate purchase occurs, or something is materially wrong with the delivered files, contact sean@strex.me and include your order email and receipt details so I can help with access or support.
Where Lemon Squeezy processes the order as merchant of record, checkout handling may also be subject to their process and policies.
Content, results, and compatibility
STREX content, presets, examples, and AI workflow tools are provided for creative and educational use. They are not a guarantee of a specific commercial, editing, ranking, social media, or business result.
Lightroom presets are starting points. Final results depend on the original file, light, exposure, camera, white balance, subject matter, and your own adjustments. AI tools depend on the model, platform, prompt context, and user input.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, product names, product copy, images, graphics, downloads, presets, prompt systems, templates, and brand materials on strex.me are owned by or licensed to STREX.
You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape, copy, mirror, or republish substantial parts of the site or product materials without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services including social platforms, checkout providers, analytics providers, email tools, fonts, and external websites. STREX is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, outages, or content.
Limitation of liability
The website and digital products are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STREX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, downloads, checkout links, email content, or creative tools.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the site, products, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
