Why I made them

These are not random prompt packs.

I made these tools because I kept hitting the same bottlenecks in my own creator business. I could shoot the work, but staying consistent with content, writing proper hotel pitches and building search traffic all needed systems.

So I built the systems for myself first. They are practical, plain-language AI workflows for Claude and ChatGPT — built around real shoots, real outreach and real creator constraints, not generic internet advice.

The reason I’m releasing them is simple: if they solve these pain points for me, they can solve them for other photographers, drone pilots, travel creators and working creatives too.

Installation

No new app. No complicated tech setup.

Each download includes step-by-step PDF instructions plus the markdown system files. You can install the tool in Claude Projects or a ChatGPT custom GPT, then reuse it whenever you need the workflow.

  1. Download the tool and open the included setup PDF.
  2. Create a Claude Project or ChatGPT custom GPT.
  3. Paste in the Master System Prompt and fill in your profile fields.
  4. Add the supporting markdown files as project knowledge, or paste the specific module when needed.
  5. Run the first calibration/setup step, then use the tool whenever that pain point comes up.
